Whether you need a large auditorium or a cozy meeting room, Cross Oak Camp offers spaces equipped for worship, presentations, and connection. Our facilities include A/V equipment, flexible seating layouts, and room for groups from 20 to 900. Every detail — from sound to setup — is designed to make your event meaningful and stress-free.

From small breakout sessions to large worship services, Cross Oak offers a variety of meeting areas designed to fit your group’s needs. All spaces include comfortable seating and access to A/V support.

Room Details

Albea Hall

Capacity: 30 (tables) | 50 (auditorium style)
Equipment:

  • TV, speaker with mic and stand
  • Kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker, sink)
  • Whiteboard

Notes: Great for workshops, breakout sessions, or small-group discussions.

Great Room (Kunselman Dorm)

Capacity: 75 (round tables) | 125 (auditorium style)
Equipment:

  • Sound board (available for rent)
  • Piano (available for rent)
  • 2 speakers, 2 TVs, projector
  • 2 wireless + 4 wired microphones
  • Mic stands, music stands, additional cables
  • Fridge, coffee maker, microwave

Coffee, canned drinks, and bottled water (available for purchase)

Shankel Auditorium

Capacity: Up to 1,000 (auditorium style)
Equipment:

  • Full sound booth
  • 4 rows of professional-grade lighting
  • Welcome Center area with piano (available for rent)
  • 4 in-ear wireless units, 6 personal mixers
  • 3 overhead projectors
  • Green room
  • Plug-and-play A/V hookups
  • Camera and streaming setup

Additional Services:

  • Tech support available to run your event
  • Full or acoustic worship band available upon request

West Dining Hall

Capacity: 120 (auditorium) | 100 (tables)
Equipment:

  • Speakers, mic with stand
  • Projector and TV

Usage: Can be converted into a meeting space when not in use for dining.

Gymnasium

Capacity: 350 (round tables) | 500 (auditorium style)
Equipment:

  • Projector, sound board, dual speakers
  • Microphone and stand
  • Includes a loft with Carpetball, Ping Pong, Foosball, and Air Hockey

Usage: Can serve as a large meeting venue when available; availability depends on other scheduled activities.

Every space includes standard A/V and presentation support. For more advanced needs, our team can help with setup, on-site tech management, and even music or worship support.

  • Sound boards, speakers, and microphones (wired & wireless)
  • Projectors, TVs, and lighting systems
  • Plug-and-play A/V hookups and streaming setups
  • On-site tech staff (available for an additional fee)
  • Worship band or acoustic set available upon request

 

Note: The West Dining Hall and Gym can only be used as meeting spaces when not occupied for other purposes.
